Peter first visited Niseko in 1996 and has made the Niseko Resort Area his home since 2000. He developed his first property in 2004, the construction and development of Niseko Alpine Apartments and in 2006, he founded Niseko Property.
Peter is a Board Member of the NPB (Niseko Promotion Board) and is active in the local community. Peter is also the founder of SkiJapan.com, one of Japan's largest inbound tour and resort property management companies, which he formed in 1992. SkiJapan.com has offices in Japan, Australia and Hong Kong.

Peter holds a Bachelor of Business degree in Accounting & Marketing from University of Technology Sydney. He is married with 3 children, lives in the heart of Hirafu village and is an avid telemark skier, backcountry enthusiast and 'old school' snowboarder.

Grant Mitchell first came to Japan in 1989 and soon created and operated a travel company in Tokyo catering for Japanese visiting his native New Zealand. During a five year return to New Zealand, Grant worked as sales consultant at a major real estate agency in Christchurch. Grant returned to Japan in 2008 as Manager and co-owner of Tracks Real Estate, the real estate arm of the Hokkaido Tracks group. He moved to Niseko Property in September 2011 and holds the position of Director and co-owner. Grant is married and lives with his wife and four children in a forest just outside Hirafu.

Niseko Property was founded in August 2006, with the aim of providing the Niseko Resort Area with a professional property agency.
Niseko Property lists a broad spectrum of real estate options in the Niseko Resort Area and beyond. This includes luxury apartments, condominiums, commercial operations, land and family homes.
Our listings are promoted year round in all major local magazines and selected international magazines. The Niseko Property team attends international real estate conventions and expos and regularly visits Hong Kong, Australia, Kuala Lumpur and Singapore to meet with clients to promote our listings.
