A graduate of the University of Western Sydney Property Valuation Program, Ruskin has over 15 years experience in the fields of property management, project management, corporate sales and development.
Ruskin operated a consultancy providing independent property advice to corporate clients including Investa, Sydney Airport and John Fairfax.
A keen skier and snowboarder, Ruskin first visited Niseko in 1998 and has worked as a ski instructor and ski guide in Australia, Alaska, Canada, New Zealand and Japan.
Peter first visited Japan in 1996 and has made the Niseko Resort Area his home since 2000. He developed his first property in 2004, the construction and development of Niseko Alpine Apartments.
Peter is a member of the Kutchan Chamber of Commerce, an Executive member of the Hirafu Shibu (Local Tourism Association) and is active in the local community sitting on various committees including the local planning council. He is also Vice President of NAMA (Niseko Area Mountain Association), a local community group.
Peter is married with 3 children, an avid telemark skier, backcountry enthusiast and 'old school' snowboarder.
Kenichi was born in Sapporo, Hokkaido. He spent 10 years in the United States of America, and graduated from Portland State University in 2003.
Kenichi has a long standing relationship with the Niseko Resort Area, and after visiting for more than 20 years made it his home in 2005.
Kenichi is married with one daughter, and is an avid snowboarder.
Derek has lived in Japan for the past 10 years. He came to the Niseko Resort Area in 1998 to work as a backcountry guide, after extensive experience in international ski resorts. Derek has an excellent command of the Japanese language and is an established member of the local community.
Craig has a New Zealand Real Estate Agents licence and has lived and worked in Japan since 1996.
His first 4 years were spent in Nagano and the Niseko Resort Area, followed by 8 years running his own wakeboarding and restaurant & cafe business in Tokyo.
Craig returned to the Niseko Resort Area in 2008. He has strong ties with the local community and has a solid understanding of Japanese culture, language and business.
Craig and his family own property and live in the Niseko Resort Area.
Perrin has lived in Hokkaido for over 10 years, first visiting the Niseko Resort Area to snowboard in 1997.
Before joining Niseko Property, Perrin worked for a property management and travel agency company in the Niseko Resort Area.
Perrin has travelled widely around Japan, and chose the Niseko Resort Area to settle with his wife.

Niseko Property was founded in August 2006, with the aim of providing the Niseko Resort Area with a professional property agency.
