Japan Powder Lodges is offering an opportunity for 20 people to relax and enjoy all the privileges of owning an upmarket Niseko ski lodge at a fraction of the cost.

North Field Ski Lodge is an iconic timber and stone Japanese ski lodge located in Hirafu's East Village, Izumikyo 2. It commands panoramic views of Mt. Yotei and Grand Hirafu Ski Area and has fast and easy access to the main ski lifts.

The free resort shuttle bus stops directly in front of the lodge and it's just a two minute drive to the main ski lifts.

North Field Ski Lodge is Australian owned and fully managed. An extensive refurbishment of the ski lodge will be completed prior to the start of the 2008/09 winter season.

Owners will receive:

  • A guaranteed prepaid 11 night stay each winter (with rental income in lieu of non-usage)
  • Exclusive use of your own 2-4 person bedroom. All bedrooms have a fridge, flat screen TV, wardrobe, room heater, premium bedding, towels, dressing gowns, shampoo and soap. Most rooms have ensuite bathrooms
  • Access to all lodge facilities including: a minibus for morning first tracks and evening meals and excursions, a gourmet restaurant and bar, coffee machine, 2 saunas, 2 Japanese onsen baths, high speed fibre optic wireless internet access, washing machines and dryers, and satellite TV to all rooms.
